During the course of my career I’ve delivered many thousands of hours of on court lessons. I’ve developed the skills of being able to quickly assess what changes a player needs to make, and how to go about making those changes.

Working in in coach education, and assessing hundreds of exam videos from trainee coaches, it’s become clear to me that assessing a player (or coach) through video is highly effective. When both parties can view and review the skill in question, frame-by-frame or in slow motion, it makes for a  rich and collaborative learning process.
